It's a stupid argument, but Saban is like 0-4 vs auburn teams with more than 8 wins
Auburn never has beaten a national title winning Alabama winning team either
although that will change this year......

I'd take Urban in rivalry games and non playoff bowl games
The rest I'd take Saban.
Either way. Both will go down as top ten coaches in CFB by the time their careers are done.

I don't think Urban would get rid of their OC the week before a game and cost his team a natty.
He didn't get the option because he lost the week before by 4+ touchdowns.

Absolutely not. Don't see Lord Saban faking health problems

Urban Meyer drove Florida into a ditch before he left, and they are still trying to get out.
Nick Saban has left every program in good shape.

Can't blame Urban for it to this day. Bad coaching hires were the main issue. We needed to change a lot, but no excuse past 2012 for the program still struggling and putting that on Meyer.

Urban lost a playoff game 31-0, lost to an unranked team by 31 while his team quit.
Can you imagine a scenario where EITHER of those things happens to a Saban coached team, let alone BOTH of those things?

He could not have done what Saban has done at Bama.

We literally had the highest rated class of all time in 2010 (by points). Urban Meyer was not the problem, just a lot of Salty Gator fans looking for bad excuses to not admit that Muschamp/McElwain were not the best hires. Cheap, Bama Blueprint mental midgets.

Weren't you one of those Salty Gator fans?

I missed that. I guess that’s a shot at Alabama.

About Urban Meyer? Never, you retard. That's why I said so. About McElwain? I was very disappointed, as he had success with the mess that Muschamp left but he checked out mentally from the program.

I never get the hatred for Meyer either. He left in poor taste, but the guy straight up dominated while here. Those were some of the best years in UF history. I'd argue 2008 is the best team in our programs history as well. Team was loaded from top to bottom with absolute studs...and killers. Literally

You'd think Urban would have taken a few aspirin to see that class graduate, but alas, he didn't.
Seems like a quitter to me.

I respect him for what he did at Florida, and I respect him stepping down when he felt his heart wasn't in it (unlike McElwain who just coasted to a paycheck while putting no effort into the job). I believe him when he says it was negatively affecting his health and that he needed to take a break. I know you Alabama baws are a little salty because he beat Saban at two different schools, but I'm legitimately not mad at Meyer for anything.

Saban was a big reason Urban ran from the SEC.
Urban is the second best coach in CFB. That being said... He got blown out in 2010 by Saban and Jimbo Fisher. He knew what he was doing getting the frick outta Gainesville.

I'd say we Alabama baws are pretty damn happy with our coach. He didn't develop a 10 month heart condition when shite got tough in 2013-2014.

No. Close second though, then dabo is three.
Before folks start hugging on urbans nuts real hard, this is an SC team that was blown the frick out by Notre lame and lost to mighty Washington state.
AND Saban probably doesn't get housed by Iowa.
