It's crazy how patriotic the country was after 9/11, USA chants and everything.

Now we have people refusing to stand for the anthem.. the most ridiculous thing is the cheering of and the act of burning the American flag during BLM led protests.

This lady affiliated with BLM put out a tweet the other day. It said something like ,were having a great protest ,its great everybody's burning American flags ,this is fantastic. Something to that effect.

State was scheduled to play BYU that week. It was rescheduled until the end of the season. BYU ended up being unbeaten and was playing for a BCS spot. The worst officiated game ever in college football history with the Mountain West officials in Starkville.

Had the game been played as scheduled, it would have been No. 17 State vs No. 24 BYU in a pretty intriguing early season nonconference game. Instead, in December it ended up being 3-7 State against 11-0 and 10th ranked BYU. And yes, that game was an officiating travesty. BYU had no business beating a bad State team that night, but the Mountain West officials dang sure made it happen. I remember being very happy when Hawaii absolutely smoked BYU the following week.
