Those are some poor-arse frats, but what’s to be expected at Tennessee. Surprised they have any Greek system at all.

Those houses are in a neighborhood called Fort Sanders near campus. It’s a bunch of old run down houses that college kids rent. My kid lives down there and his mom hates it.

When I pass by these on campuses, they can usually be pretty clever.

I'm not sure. The ones where you've had to actually see Volunqueer football the last 20 years are probably worse.
