Hell. Why not?

aTm won’t have 2 losses...

It would (possibly) be Alabama ND, aTm, G5,

I say possibly because if Florida won the SEC, UA would probably play them again in the CFP...

Then when we beat them in rnd 1, and the G5 team for the natty, we can add Fl fans to the list of whiny asses complaining.

“Durr... why’d we have to play them twice!?”
“Durr... it’s been 147265327days since Alabama won the SEC and national championship in the same season!!!”
“Durr.. Durr!!!!”

How is beating Alabama a better win than beating Texas A&M when Texas A&M makes the playoff and Alabama doesn't in this scenario?

You can’t be this dumb can you? In no scenario whatsoever would a win over A&M be better than a win over Alabama. We would be talking about 2 1 loss teams one of which beat the other by 30 head to head. I don’t care if they dropped Alabama to 10 and moved A&M to 4. I still won’t be and never will be a better win unless Bama loses out which isn’t happening.

You must be an Old Sarge alter.

This is the problem with a forum where people just read one post and respond instead of following the logic of the thread.

Here's what happened:

1. Muthsera claimed that Texas A&M should go to the playoff over Alabama if Florida beats Alabama in the SECCG despite the head-to-head, which he says doesn't matter much.
2. I mocked his argument by saying Alabama should go over Florida even if Florida beats Alabama in the SECCG despite the head-to-head since head-to-head doesn't matter.
3. Muthsera responds by saying that, no, in that case Florida would have the better win (over Alabama) compared to Alabama (over Texas A&M). So what he's saying is that beating Alabama is a better win that Texas A&M even though Texas A&M should be in the playoff over Alabama. It's that inconsistency I was asking him about.

But thanks for calling me dumb. It hurt my feelings for a second until I looked my diplomas.
