I mean, USCe has a few SEC East titles under their belt in the last few years

They have one, and it was in 2007.

quote:

Bama, being by far the most accomplished team in the SEC, talks less about their national championships than UGA talks about beating Auburn.

That's mainly because so many Auburn fans like to act like they are so much better than Georgia. However, they have the same number of National titles and Georgia leads in the series.

It might. Auburn has a very good team this year.

I have a lot of respect for South Carolina. It is one of the hardest states to recruit for....surrounded by UGA, Auburn, Tenn., Clemson, UNC, etc and you guys put together a very nice run. You had much better teams than Georgia had for several years.

I am hoping Muschamp can turn you guys around. I think a strong South Carolina makes the East and the SEC a stronger division/Conference.

ETA

If you stop and think about it, the SEC was at its strongest when South Carolina was at its strongest.

Not positive but I'm pretty sure Auburn got to #1 at some point in 2013

Doesn't fit the average mid-level narrative of a fan base that thinks they are up there with the elite SEC and nationally historic teams.

GaTech (former and founding member), Tennessee, LSU, Florida, Auburn, Alabama have all won national championships in more recent times than the 1 lonely title the bulldogs cling to.

Hell, Mississippi State has been #1 more recent and for longer than any time for the bulldogs since 1980z

Georgia has never won any titles since 1980,

And the few times they won the SEC since 2000 it didn't matter.

Every other SEC team that has won the SEC has gone on to play for the national title (or in the playoffs), except UGA. UGA is the only team to have won the SEC when it didn't matter.

The last place team in the SEC West beat UGA 45-14 just last season...let this sink in, in response to your question.

And the 3rd place team in the east (UGA) beat the 2nd place team in the west...Alabama is the only team in the West that deserves more respect than UGA or UF

As for these Hail State people running their mouth. You actually LOST to South alabama. SOUTH ALABAMA!! You should get the death penalty rather than ole miss

Want to guess how many Bowl games UGA has been to in a row?
And you ended up losing 3 games in your best season?

Georgia fans are very delusional, are in the lowest tier of the SEC on average, and have not won an SEC title in the last decade. That alone ends a'll arguments of whether they are relevant. I would rather they join the ACC and we could get a respectable team such as Clemson to replace them.

I was making the point that you picked State and Arkansas ? How is State in that sentence? Georgia is the only team in the East that has been to more straight bowl games.

You beat us some years while we were not a competitive team. Quite frankly is that all that matters to dawg nation? I guess so when you dont achieve anything else of significance. Try winning SEC titles and national championships. It feels good baw.

You right..you guys werent headed to the sec title in 2006. And last years auburn team wasnt competitive either. Even though you pigeons went to a bcs game last season. Uga is your stepdaddy. Bama is daddy!! Auburnfirstfloor. UGA has more sec titles and same number of national titles. Thanks for playing. We also have won bcs games, sec titles since 2000. Multiple top ten finishes

It's cute how much you're focused on just beating a relevant team, a team you dawgs are so jealous of, nothing else matters because at the end of the day that's about as good as you guys can be. Will never win a national title, not with the current athletic program. And to call yourself our step dads, that's like the ugly kid at school thinking hes going to prom with the prom queen. It's just sad.

You can say what you want but the reality is still the same, you can't even win SEC championships anymore.

Yeaaa we are jealous of a team that cant even beat thier rivals hahah. Auburn peacocks relevant???? Hahahaha whnabwnjwj. At least you used more words than first downs vs uga last season haha. Neither can auburn, since they bought it with cam netwon. Go back to washing your cloth. Because you will be tearing up when uga get to the sec title this year

That all you got? Run out of valid arguments so you just make up words and spew out the same nonsense about "beating us" and now back to saying we paid for Newton. Classy obsessed dawg. Seems as though I have proven my point. Back to work. Have fun being mediocre at best.
