- Likely Bama's to lose but they're mortal with Milroe

- Ole Miss could win it if Kiffin doesn't drop the ball (he usually does)

- Auburn & Arkansas look tough

- A&M is talented and has an offense

- MSU isn't a free lunch

- LSU is paying $10million a year to a coach with $90mm buyout to embarrass themselves

The Bama/A&M games decides the West.

Too early to know. Can’t tell anything from anyone in the SECs games except UF/SC/LSU. The rest played no one.

Did you watch Milroe play? The SEC West should be very worried about Milroe. His deep ball has massively improve and looked great. We are mortal because our right guard is a matador.

It'll be either Alabama, Texas A&M, or LSU based on the talent composite.

We put away an FCS team about as well as we should have, and Auburn beat an independent FBS team that hasn't had a 6-win season since 2010.

Also beat an FCS team.

Beat a G5 team who hasn't gotten above three wins since 2016.

Beat an FCS team.

LSU is the only West team to play someone with a pulse and a warm body, and they got folded into a pretzel.

How I know you don’t know football without telling me you don’t know football.

The last time A&M scored TDS on its first five possessions in any game, JM was the QB

The Aggie QB had 236 yards of offense and was 18 for 23. Two of those those stopped the clock in the first half. So 18 of 21 effectively. And he played 3 quarters and currently has the highest QBR in the nation. Yes, even better than Bamas QB.

He was throwing dimes. And not just typical routes for 10 yards or RPO stuff. He was hitting receivers 40 yards down field in stride like it was nothing.

Yes, it was against a bad team. But his accuracy and ability is amazing. Look at the QBR comparisons from team to team.

He’s for real. Yes. I am an Aggie and I am usually delusional about my team. We have a lot of other areas that need work. Particularly in the running game and the run defense.

But A&M offensively is dangerous. Anyone can see that that watched the game.

I'm not saying Aggie isn't for real this year or hasn't made a great turnaround. They may be legit, don't take it personally. But we all played horrendously bad competition, and Alabama is Alabama under Nick Saban, coming off yet another 11-win season. To say the West is "wide open" right now is just someone trying to tell themselves this year won't be the same ole same ole. The last team to win the West that wasn't Auburn, Alabama, or LSU was Arkansas… in 2006. Let's wait for someone to actually separate themselves in a real game, or to see more than one team shite the bed before we start saying everyone in the West has a shot.

I do too. We shall see. But if your Bama, they seemed to sputter at times too. We shall see.

Agreed, Milroe looks light years ahead. His size and speed...yikes, would not want to be a corner taking him on.

Jalen Milroe threw for 3 TDs and rushed for 2 more. No BAMA QB has ever accomplished that.

Jalen did it in only 2.5 quarters of football.

Good he is only mortal.
