There aren't many Reds fans in Louisville. At least not compared to Cards and Braves.

I think there are more Rays fans than Marlin fans. Cities with Spring Training teams in Florida also tend to have some allegiance with teams that train there. You see a lot of Orioles stuff in and around Sarasota now.

Lot more Royals fans in NW Arkansas than there were even five years ago since the Royals AA team moved to Springdale.
The Royals have one of the best farm systems in the history of the game right now, and as more of those guys who played in Springdale make it big in KC, the number of Royals fans will continue to rise. It's just a real pain in the arse to be a fan of a team that is constantly awful.

My dad is from Crosett. He became a Cards fan back when their broadcasts were the only ones they got and he has stayed a Cards fan.
The Cards were the southern most MLB team for a very long time.
I am saddened by the fact no one is showing any love for my 2010 American League Champion Texas Rangers!

South La has a ton of Astros fans
Shreveport area is more Rangers
I'd say more Braves and Cubs. Rarely see Rangers gear up this way. The rangers have never really been successful enough to create a sustained north LA fanbase, and don't have the TV exposure (TBS or WGN).
Cowboys on the other hand are a different story.

you'd be surprised how many st louis fans there are at OM. Alot of the Memphis kids are Cards fans b/c of the redbirds. The same can be said for alot of the North ms kids too.

Cards were also the western most team until the Dodgers moved to LA in the 50s. Lots of Cardinals fans in Neb, Kan and even Colorado.

This, but they are gone now so F the Cubs!
pro sports teams' players are mercinaries so I do pull for the teams that have the most LSU/SEC players.
I pulled for Green Bay in the super bowl since they had three former LSU guys and Pittsburg only had one.

I saw the braves win it all in person. who's the second most famous team in the sec, besides the bandwagon yankee and red sock hacks?

That lowlife White Sox owner, Riensdorf(?) blocked the sale of the Rangers to a guy that could have put them on TV nationally a few years back.
Hypocritical son of a bitch.

The Braves have the most fans that don't attend games
No they just don't have a ton of fans in their city. The majority of their serious fanbase is not located in their town. Most fans are occassional visitors. Makes for a lower attendance. Add that with one of the largest ballparks and you get empty seats with a respectable attendance ranking.

I live in NWA. Definitely starting to see more Rangers fans these days. That's what you get for having half the student body at Arkansas coming from Texas.

I lived in Dallas for several years and became a Rangers fan. There's a lot of moving back and forth between NWA and Dallas.

I've seen quite a few Reds fans here in Louisville. Of course it helps that the Louisville Bats have put some pretty decent kids on the Reds roster as of late.
I do agree that there are still a fair share of Cardinal and Braves fans in the area though. More so Cardinals in my opinion.
