How has Vandy not been ranked #1 all year? They have their usual dominant pitching staff paired with an unbelievable offense. I don’t see how there is a better team in the country.

Their pitching staff was under question earlier this year and some people were doubting the back half of their lineup. That being said, Vandy in quite a few polls has been 1 or 2 pretty much all year

I don’t think they’ve dropped out of the top 3 all year in any poll

I’ve seen UCLA at #1 all year. It’s just surprising to me that they could be more talented than this Vandy team. I thought LSU would be one of the most talented teams in the country this year, but we aren’t even on the same level as Vandy.
