What is the benefit of winning this tourney if you can’t improve your post season standing?
I think getting your starters work and keeping up their normal routine is helpful and beneficial. I agree, winning the thing if you've locked up a top 8 seed or if you have nothing to gain in seeding renders winning the tournament meaningless outside bragging rights. But I do think it is ideal for your starters to maintain their normal weekly pitching routines. I would have them on a very strict pitch count but I would definitely want them to get in some work even if it's only 3-4 innings.

Maybe but we are for sure a host no matter what happens in Hoover and should be a National seed even before the win today. The game tomorrow and from here on out is just gravy

RPI question. If your team has played both Arkansas and Ole Miss, does it benefit your team's RPI more for Arkansas to win or Ole Miss to win (or is it a wash)....or can I just root against Ole Miss like I always do?
