What’s Instagram?
Seriously, I don’t have a single male friend who’s on Instagram and if he was then we probably wouldn’t be friends. So I’d say your little poll is barely scratching the surface of football fans.

A consulting firm guy did something similar 3 years ago but for Top 16 in nation.
Credit to you for attempting to measure all teams in the SEC.
I don't know if this list is fully accurate, but it is probably better for the top 3 in the SEC. You can argue the order of Florida/Alabama in 2nd/3rd, LSU/Georgia/A&M in 4th through 6th, and Auburn and Tennesssee in 7th/8th.
(3) Texas 7.82 million
(6) Florida 5.89 million
(8) Alabama 5.34 milllion
(11) LSU 4.02 million
(12) Georgia 3.99 million
(13) Texas A&M 3.87 million
(15) Auburn 3.27 million
(16) Tennessee 3.27 million
(1) Ohio State 11.26 million
(2) Notre Dame 8.21 milion
(4) Penn State 6.36 million
(5) Michigan 6.26 million
(7) Oregon 5.54 million
(9) Wisconsin 4.57 million
(10) USC 4.46 million
(14) Syracuse 3.45 million

Disagree.

Sad to say it but we have to contend with little brother fans also. I know a lot of them. Not friends with any of em though.
Sure, but we're talking Instagram here. You think a lot of them are on Instagram?

A&M has more than a half million living alumni and the largest stadium in the SEC. Average attendance at Kyle last year was larger than the max capacity of the second largest stadium (Tennessee).
Your numbers are way low.
I'd agree that A&M probably has a lower proportion of teeshirt fans than similarly sized, football-crazed schools (tOSU, PSU, UF, etc), but a lot of the non-almuni fans are rural Texans who don't mess around with Twitter and Instagram. Your data set isn't capturing them. More broadly speaking, Aggies in general are less obsessed with social media than your average American.
I don't know how to measure fandom, but A&M's fan headcount probably sits somewhere between 8-15 nationally.
