I really liked this.
If we're doing Vice Presidents, Ole Miss is totally William Rufus Devane King.

Nope!! Truman is Missouri's President. Practical, tough, hard-working, leads by example. Frequently underestimated, but not afraid to blow shite up when pushed too far. Bad arse. Harry MF Truman
We'll give you (back) Truman once you beat Alabama on a last-second play in the SECCG (after the papers already published the headline "Bama Defeats Mizzou")

Vanderbuilt could be Aquaman.....strong in their element (GPA and such), but not really that effective on land (the football field).

Yeah, I like Vandy as Aquaman. I think Georgia would be Groo.

Auburn - Jefferson Davis: Nemesis of Lincoln, Davis was able to raise an army capable of fending off Lincoln's forces with the $180,000 recruitment of Robert E. Lee. However, it didn't last very long, and a year later Lincoln won another national championship.

With that said I am also aware countless Southerners who had no slaves fought for the Confederacy for the sake of defending their home from an invader, and those should be honored, but not at the expense of ignoring why the war was fought in the 1st place.
You're a disgrace.
Listen closely moron.......... YOUR opinion on why the people of the Southern states democratically elected to secede from the union is irrelevant. What you conveniently ignore is that the "War" was fought for one reason and ONE REASON alone!...... which is that Abaraham Lincoln raised an army and marched South on an invasion...... and the South raised an army as a defensive measure to repel this invasion.
ENd of story.
Secession did not START a war. INvasion did! Got it?
Idiots like you make me sick. Nevermind that Lincoln and the Republicans prepared an amendment to the COnstitution that would forever prevent the federal government from interfering with slavery in the states where it existed as a way of enticing the deep South states to rejoin the union.... Nevermind that Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Arkansas did not secede after Lincoln's election, but ONLY AFTER he demanded they supply troops for an invasion of the deep South states..... and about a thousand other conveniently ignored facts....
I read the comments on this subject here and I cringe.
The majority of you people are straight up DUMB. ANd I despise the arrogance with which you speak on topics you know nothing about.
Go Dawgs. Deo Vindice!

Not that I should care much anymore, since this thread should've died quite a few times by now (bunch of random bumps ), but please don't get it anchored.

We would have to be George Washington because he is number 1.

Sorry, that's Rutgers.
I made y'all Abraham Lincoln because in everything he did, he was constantly trying to compensate for his small penis.

Actually if we wanted to be accurate Alabama would have to be George W. Bush and Auburn would have to be his little brother Jeb Bush the guvna.
