Whatever floats your boat. While you're at it, you should chest bump another corndog about Lesticle's brilliant clock management, and his 4th down decisions.

How much are y'all paying that guy?

Ah, the page is turned and the truth is revealed. You allowed yourself to participate by seeming somewhat intelligent (though no less misinformed) only to let all that slip away for a chance to flame.

So your divert from your original argument. I mean you really are looking for ways to degrade a good LSU win.

I'm sure Arlo and Big Papa Mac will challenge you that Alabama has never done anything like that.

Uh, I wouldn't. Like I already said, I picked LSU to win, bet large on LSU to win, and was in the stands cheering for LSU to win. But to your quote right there, every team holds, and every team gets away with it. I think everybody knows that. So there, that kinda kills your sentiment. I wasn't the one who initially said anything about that play. I responded to the poster who thought it was hysterical that LSU might've held on the play. He was the one thinking it insane that LSU would possibly hold. I think it was a hold, but I couldn't care less. It didn't get called so it doesn't matter either way. I didn't post anything along the lines of "LSU got lucky because that was a hold and the play should've been called back." Some LSU fan lauged at the thought of it, I just posted the video and said that it looks like a hold to me. Don't be a hypocrite. Its clear that Alabama and everybody else gets away with calls, it was the LSU fan I responded to after somebody else intially claimed there was a hold that is having trouble thinking LSU could possibly committ a penalty. Your reading comprehension is laughable.

Had the refs reviewed that Shepard call it could have been an entirely different game. We easily come away with points on that drive had the play been reviewed.

So perhaps Georgia should be the ones who are thankful -- they were a missed call away from getting blown out.

I'm shaking my head in disbelief. Here's a corndog who understands what I'm talking about. If you stomp a mudhole in a team, then brag about it. If you squeak by with a little help from the refs, consider yourself lucky, and there ain't anything wrong with being lucky. Like Coach Bryant said, "Luck is the intersection of hard work and opportunity."

I don't have a problem with being lucky, but to act like Trindons return and Scott's run was "luck" is just idiotic.

As someone on the "other" Rant so eloquently pointed out, it's as if after UGA scored to go ahead 13-12, the refs stopped the game and declared LSU the winner. Or, they jumped into pads and helped block for LSU on the ensuing drive.

See if you can find (on Youtube maybe) UGA's series in the 3rd quarter where they ran like, I dunno', 17 plays and got in for the score. Specifically, look at the 3rd- and 2nd-to-last third down conversions. While doing this, pay particular attention to #84 for LSU, Rahim Alem.

Are you trying to somehow articulate that a ref call/non-call could have influenced the game? Whodathunkit? Glad you've finally come around to my POV.

Why? Hell, you have your say, and I'll have mine. I like talking about football, and if you don't like what I say, don't read or respond. It's really kinda simple.

Any thinking LSU fan who went to that game should have been thanking God while seeing Athens in the rear view mirror. I haven't seen such fans since the Bama fans in the late 70s.

According to you, isn't it the refs we should be thanking?

No. You should be asking the refs for a receipt.

No doubt the refs were wrong but the game should never had been in question by that point.
