Amen. And any decent coach- I don't care if you're coaching 8 and under softball- would argue it's only fair for both teams to have the same conditions. Bitching about the NCAA dude there agreeing with that and making the call to continue the game is just a total joke to me.

I am still pissed about what happened last night. SMS got hosed and everyone knows it.
I did not expect to win anyway, but that was chickenshit on the NCAA to allow that to happen.
I am talking about before the 8th where DVH overruled the NCAA in continuing the game.
At that point put the tarp on comeback to play suspended game today at 3:00.

They were covering the field in between 7 and 8 and DVH argued to continue he got it over ruled that is why G went into his Napoleon Dynamite routine.
He and DVH hate each other on the field but are exactly alike and great friends off, so they take nothing off nobody.

The umps? They backed down from DVH and then the NCAA rep backed down. What do you want? I know why they did it, but it was chickenshit. Make a decision and don't let one or the other sway you.
The umps have final say. They confer with tournament organizer though. DVH complained to NCAA then umps. That is why SMS people admin are pissed.

Tbh, I'd be passed off if they didn't allow my team to have a clear advantage too. It's hard to beat a better team without some advantage. GTH MOiST
