Closer is a former starter. He can go a few innings. But you're right he's done after today.

However, Childress basically has him as our #3 out of the pen. If you look at the regional it was Chafin & Sherrod in all the clutch(read all) situations while Killkenny sat. We only used 5 pitchers over the 3 games.

Y'all seem to swing at the first pitch (for example after a SAC bunt) when you really need to be selective for something big to happen, and it keeps resulting in an out.
