Ok, so I have to ask, is Texas pitching really this good?

Georgia came into the series AVERAGING 10.5 runs/game.

So far they have 1, 4 and 3 so far today. Georgia's offense has been the best in the country all year, so either they are off a bit or Texas pitchers are friggin' awesome.

Quinn came over from Ole Miss, got good stuff but like most of our guys has been hurt and recovering from TJ. Wes seems to like a rehab project

Texas pitchers have been legit great and we haven’t been able to play our style of offense due to heavy winds all weekend. Lot of stuff just dying in the air for both teams

Texas P is really good, but the winds and temps have also helped this weekend.

Our bats are our biggest weakness.. average at best. We feast on average pitchers and struggle against anyone better..

They'd also only played Kentucky, Florida, and Auburn. Not exactly murderer's row. The performance against Florida raise eyebrows at the time, but it turns out they aren't very good right now.

Not saying Georgia's bad, they obviously aren't, but it's not like they were battle tested against really good teams coming in.

Wow. Well, look on the bright side, if Texas gets the sweep, they are probably the new #1 team in the country coupled with the Vols getting run-ruled by A&M at home.

And then you've got #2 or #1 Arkansas coming to Athens next weekend. Should be another great series.
