Its amazing that Auburn has beaten Alabama 7 times when Alabama was #1. Incredible really.
Ranked. Not necessarily ranked #1.

Gotta set the bar low for OSU fans

How in the hell is a stat observed from 1935 to 2019 completely unabridged “Cherry-picking”

It's not. It's what a little brother says and nothing says little brother like 1-20.

Misread that somehow. Still very impressive.

Adding the AP ranked qualifier, obviously. The only team with a better record vs Bama this century is Auburn 11-9 (LSU is 10-11).

Yall have already been doing that since the nuts choked again last December

be thankful we choked.

Choked against a team we spanked. OSU hiding out in a trash conference like Clemson, what's your record against SEC teams in bowl games? #CommunityBitch

Whines about cherry picking
Uses convenient 20 years of data to show that my 90 years of data is arbitrary

Well for a start, it leaves off 8 LSU wins because Bama wasn’t good enough those years for OP’s arbitrary qualifier.
You’re complaining about me using the AP Poll as a statistic?
Nobody is complaining. Just pointing out the holes in your data. You are only counting games in which Alabama is AP ranked, which automatically qualifies you to remove years where Alabama was not good.
If you only counted LSU home games when we were ranked vs Alabama, we would be: 5-11 (31.25%)

It was my intent to show that you can improve either team's record by parsing; but would you say the last 20 years is more relevant than the leather helmet days?

You showing that LSU has been good against Bama since 2000 doesn’t rebut anything I’ve posted. They’re entirely different points being made. This isn’t hard

All 21 of LSUs games in this statistic occurred in 1965 or later

I wouldn't say good, but it's different than with how you parse data. You are being selective to troll

2. Missouri 2-2 (50%)
On November 20, 1968, #12 Alabama accepted an invitation to play Missouri of the Big Eight Conference in the Gator Bowl for their 10th consecutive bowl game appearance. Against the Tigers, Bryant suffered his worst loss to date as head coach of the Crimson Tide with this 35–10 loss in the first all-time meeting between the schools. After Terry McMillan gave Missouri a 7–0 lead with his four-yard touchdown run in the first, Alabama responded in the second with their only touchdown of the game on a 38-yard Donnie Sutton interception return. McMillan then responded with his second touchdown of the game of the game on a five-yard run that made the halftime score 14–7. The score remained the same through the fourth quarter when Alabama converted a 28-yard Mike Dean field goal before the Tigers closed the game with three unanswered touchdowns and won 35–10. These touchdowns were scored on a two-yard McMillan run, a 35-yard Greg Cook run and on a 47-yard Dennis Poppe interception return.
As they entered their first game of the 1975 season, Alabama was ranked as the nations No. 2 team prior to their Monday night game against Missouri. Before a nationally televised audience, the Crimson Tide fell behind to the Tigers 20–0 at halftime and were ultimately defeated 20–7 in the first major upset of the season. The loss brought Alabama's all-time record against Missouri to 0–2.
After the game, Bear Bryant was both gracious and incredibly humbled. "They kicked the hell out of us. What more can I say?"
"I think we were pretty fortunate not to be beaten worse. They beat us worse than the score indicates."
"All in all, it was a good old sound country beating."

I don’t think you read the thread title. Alabama has only played in Columbia, Missouri twice. Ranked on both accounts. In 1978 and 2012. Winning 38-20 and 42-10. Thus, Missouri is 0-2 at home versus ranked Alabama teams.
Alabama is 4-2 overall versus Missouri. Winning the last four contests, including all three matchups as opposing SEC programs.

The AP didn't exist in the leather helmet days.
