I will say our guy shouldn’t have tried to punch the ball out since the Florida guy was already going to the ground, but he was just trying to make a play.
Bringing that up and ignoring the 45 yard hold is just laughable.

And you’re an unbiased opinion on the matter?
Get a grip.

Nited...but defend that td run where there was a false start, holding on kinlaw, and a 30 yard hold on muk all in one play..don't worry I'll wait on your defense

It was a total hose job from the refs that Florida benefited from. It's hilarious that UF fans want to argue about that.

Yeah, he should have slammed him to the ground and punched his head a few times, right?

But UF was getting screwed the entire 1st half.
CNB, why did you say that you were happy with getting all of the calls in the first half, and then revert to such a punk bitch when things weren't getting called your way? Refs switched sides, we beat your asses. You guys know you had all of the favorable calls in the first half, shut the frick up, take your medicine...
And get back in the basement.

Because that was 35 minutes into the game Straws. And they weren't scoring plays, Straws. I said I'd be screaming if it happened to us and then it did happen to us, Straws.
I've explained this before. Just admit they were bad no calls and move on with your life.

Thanks can you let us know about the officials in SCs other 3 losses.
Alabama game officiating was pretty bad now that you mention it.

Ostarine levels too high in that gif.

Yes, the main existence of the SEC refs is to protect the upcoming cocktail party.

Refs come in and shut that shite down
LMAO!
The SC/UGA crew missed 2 blatent PI's vs SC (one in OT) and they also called a phantom hold vs our WR that knocked us out of FG range.

The refs and sec are always there to protect the top ranked teams. If they didn't Bama would have been over a year after Saban started. It's all about the money and image of having alot of teams ranked high.

Florida always seems to benefit from this stuff too
Is that why Florida is usually one of the most penalized teams every year? Because they have the Refs in their back pocket?

For what it's worth, McElroy had at least two segments on this during SiriusXM's "the first team". Said he understood the holding during the TD, but the false start was "atrocious". They also said, that the no call on the flase start could have caused the defenders to pause for a split second putting them out of position for the rest of the play.
Greg also called the officiating in the game his "low light" of the weekend. Which circles me back to this point, in a perfect world, the officiating in a game should NEVER have an impact on the outcome nor be a story after the game. That was not the case here. I'm not saying the ultimate outcome would have been any different, but the missed calls did impact the game in a negative way.
I think the smarter posters here have figured out that the thread title here as a bit of hyperbole in it. However, with games like this one and TN vs Bama later in the day, this is exactly where folks run, the SEC front office is protecting the big teams to preserve key matchups and playoff spots. It's all about the $$$. True or not (most likely not), it's still becomes a topic of conversation.
