Green put up over 3k yards and 600 on the ground in his fist year under Petrino…pretty sure he will surpass that this year. He’s done what he needs to do at this point and I expect the same vs Ole Miss with a win

Probably. But are you arguing that if Texas and Arkansas swapped their first two opponents that these meaningless early season qb stats wouldn’t look any different? Use Mizzou as an example instead of Arkansas if you like. I’m not trying to take a dig at the Hogs, they just happened to have the softest first two opponents, so I used them for my example.

We’re pretty happy with our new QB at Mizzou.

If you're implying that Mizzou's competition is weak, you might want to look in the mirror. kansas is better than Syracuse. The Orange barely beat UConn.

They would look different no doubt…can’t argue that but you play who’s in front of you and Arch has a ways to go no matter who they play.

We can revisit after playing Ole Miss this week

Thus you didn’t see me commenting on their play.

I would like to point out that currently, out of 136 teams, Baylor and Ball State defenses are ranked 132nd and 121st in points allowed per game. Baylor and Ball State are ranked 119th and 125th in yards allowed per game.

It is a certainty that Jackson Arnold will have to face some defenses that are a tad bit better than that. It is yet to be seen if he is really any different than last season.
