Didn't realize he was so big. Nevermind then.

The knock on Mariota is going to be the system he played in and the fact that he sometimes seems so laid back that he is on xanax.

What makes him not prototypical? He can make every throw, is accurate and reads defenses well. He is 6'4" 220 pounds...he just doesn't play in a prototype offense and runs like the wind.

Winston is better than him in every aspect except for speed.

And that's not an insult.

Agree to disagree. I actually prefer Mariota.

Please give me your expert analysis. Almost everything I've seen has Mariota in front.

I really like UCLA's QB too. Not a fan of Bryce Petty.

Everything I've seen from Mariota makes me think he is a top 15 draft pick. He's great, don't get me wrong but I think Winston as far as arm strength, accuracy and decision making has him beat. I think Winston is more of your prototypical NFL quarterback than Mariota.

Mariota owns the Pac 12 record for most throws without an int. Accuracy and decision making are debatable. I am not sure about arm strength.

Mariota physically is awesome but I am with you on Jameis. Winston has performed under pressure and Mariota, idk, he's clutch but I don't think he's as good. They were downright miserable vs Arizona this year and a good defense like Stanford stone walled 'em till the very end.

He's thrown like 65 TDs or something to around 8-10 ints right? I should I know cause I looked it up earlier but yea, very impressive.

One SEC player in the top 10? Nope.

So tell me what SEC players you would put in the top 10 RIGHT NOW and who you would take out from their list to make room?

The top 5 at least is legit as hell. Beasley, Scherff, and Mariota would have been 1st rounders this year. Leonard Williams is a monster.

Winston will likely stick in the top 10 if he manages to stay out of jail.

I don't know much about the rest of their top 10, but who from the SEC would you replace them with?

Beasley

Was going to say he needs to put on more weight to be a first rounder, but hes around 235 now.

Eric Striker is a hell of a player, but at 220 pounds idk about 1st round.

Well that sucks and makes more sense. Still, that's what I'll watch from him this season. See if he can show out vs the big names.

Dude is still a beast, though.

DE Markus Golden has a chance to go early. He played LB/RB in high school, LB at JUCO, and LB when he first got to Mizzou. He was getting pretty big so we switched him to DE, and he had 55 tackles, 6.5 sacks,13 TFL, and 70 yard INT for a TD as a backup DE last season. He was more productive than Sam or Ealy on a per snap basis.

How does Mills go from losing his starting cb position to first round pick?
