Again, a Cam thing. I heard during the broadcast that he was coaching up Mett on his footwork during pre-game at MSU.

All we heard before the game Saturday was how high miss state was ranked in defense

You can't them seriously.

LSU's offense is legit. They're going to make most defenses look nonexistent.

Lsu is going to score a tons of points on teams

Problem is, how many will they give up?

41 against Georgia on the road should have won that game.

The SEC has basically become the Big 12.
I blame aggie.

The SEC will get back to playing legit deffense inlike the Big 12. They perpetually stay in a state of shitty D. The SEC this year is an aberration.

7 sacks in the last two weeks - they haven't kept him that clean.

I blame the media coverage of football the past several seasons. NFL- the concussion liability issue, Bountygate, etc... the game is changing from the top down. A lot of the guys who left LSU early were elite defenders, or in other words, guys who won't be nearly as valuable as the new rules take hold. Better to jump to the NFL now, before they lose all value.

Not really unless you think a top 50 defense is the same as a top 115 defense

A lot of young defenses out there (especially LSU and UGA). A lot of top flight QBs WITH legit run offenses - I think that is a big difference. We've seen high-powered offenses plenty of times, but few were coupled with the high powered running attack of a Hill, Manziel, Gurley, etc. That combo is what really is making these offenses shine. Most of the other high-powered offenses we've faced from outside the conferences were usually one-trick ponies, with powerful run games OR powerful passing attacks, but rarely both.

I think Mett would disagree with you. He's been tagged more than I would have hoped.
