It seems like 75% of all wbb and softball players are gay. It's spilling into soccer too. Volleyball seems to be the only majority hetero sexual sport for girls.
I have a niece that's 6'3" 9th grader and will not play basketball because she said the whole team is gay.
Her dad is furious because she is really agile and coordinated. She could easily be a D1 player and avoid tuition. She won't budge though.

She said the gay girls pick on the straight girls for liking boys. She played in middle school and some of her former teammates are openly gay now that they are in highschool. It started off as just 2 or 3 now it's more than half the team.
She just doesn't want the stigma or any association with that deviant behavior. She is already really tall and self conscious.
She'll just go out for volleyball.

They do. They also openly and proudly sexually harass and hit on the straight girls at the same time. Most of the time, the straight girls either end up leaving the sport or team altogether or become one of the lesbians.
Thats why sports like softball and basketball and now soccer have gotten progressively gayer and gayer over the last 20 years or so, and eventually turn into a toxic cesspool of hate and abuse like the WNBA.
All the pretty straight girls either go to Volleyball or quit sports entirely, thus the lesbians consume the sports and take over the culture.
I dated a basketball girl in colleges and luckily her team was about 2/3 straight, but the lesbians bullied and hit on all of them, especially the more attractive ones. She hated them, and so did everyone else. They would borderline physically threaten them if they didn't want to date them.
It's a giant unreported and unspoken problem in higher level girls sports. It's absolute psychological and bigoted abuse.
