The REC needs to get their crap together. Apparently auburn is getting preferential treatment also. What in the hell is up with that?

Please let me fast forward to kickoff. I haven't seen this much whining and conspiracy theory crap since the Cam Newton crap.

Yes I said crap twice.

There are many in Auburn who feel that a lot of the Cam info released to the press, came from a high ranking member of the SEC Office (bammer). The REC and the bammer officials were very frustrated by their lack of control on this issue.

This is no different. It's corruption from the inside. I don't think any ALUM from any SEC university should have control over these type scheduling changes inside the SEC.

The schedules had to be approved by each schools athletic departments. That means LSU, ATM, MSU, UT, UF etc... approved the schedules. All anyone of them had to do was say no. No one person made these changes and said here you go, deal with it.

The SEC is not going to Dallas. For fricks sake, we just let you in a year ago. If it moves anywhere, it would be Atlanta. The same place they play the Championship, and where it should have been all along.

wow.

touchy touchy.

I wasn't saying it could possibly move to Dallas (Arlington really) b/c A&M is now in the SEC. I would believe it's possible even if A&M wasn't in the conference simply due to Jerry's Arky connections and the massive amounts of money and publicity he could potentially toss the SEC's way.

I'd love to see the MulliGump Toothless Things' reactions to issues if:

(1) The SEC Office was on Poydras Street.
(2) The Head of SEC Offiating was an LSU alumnus
(3) The Head of SEC Scheduling was an LSU alumus
(4) The Head Replay Official in the press box at every SECCG was an LSU alumnus.

Best post in the entire thread and not one person with a script A next to his name commented on it. Go figure

STFU. This is all because of the A&M/Mizzou crap. We should have kept it at 12.

And here I thought that it was Miss. St. boosters and coaches that were leaking it.

Well if the REC couldn't nail auburn with the Cam stuff, and now they are allowing auburn to get preferential treatment, then I've lost all hope on the REC's abilities. This has truly been a sad revelation indeed.

you wrong brah.

y u so ?

All I'm saying is if the SEC offices move they aren't going to head to a market they dominate.

The SEC has Houston tied up pretty well between A&M/LSU and the Texas Bowl.

Dallas is very fragmented with Texas/OU/Tech/Okie Light/Arky/A&M/................SMU (no really, lol) all vying for media attention.

The SEC also want to get into North Carolina and has no school based there.

So if the offices move they are going to the biggest prize expansion wise in NC or to the biggest market they want more control over.

That would be Charlotte and DFW.

Nope...just folks who don't believe in the boogie man. We were still able to see that chizik sucked at his job.

I don't think it is a coincidence that the same people who buy into conspiracy theories were the same ones who were "All-In" on Chizik.

For anybody who knows anything about football, it was clear that it was the Gus/Cam show. Instead of making Gus the highest paid assistant in football, they should have just promoted him and kicked ole Chizik to the curb. I guarantee that Auburn would have won more SEC games last year if that had happened.

No, Schad and Company do not even know what state Miss St is located in. Some people were very upset on how Slive handled the issue and wanted to embarrass him.

I don't really care where the hq is or if it moves, but people that believe the location of the hq has been a detriment to their team are pussies with victim mentality always looking for an excuse or something to whine about.
