If we were ever to consider relegation and promotion, including non power 4 schools just from the states where the SEC already has a stake (with the exception of the states of Texas and Oklahoma), who would you add/delete? Here's a somewhat comprehensive list but I'm sure I've missed a few FCS universities, starting at the western edge:
Arkansas State
Louisiana Tech
Louisiana-Monroe
Louisiana
Tulane
Southern Mississippi
Memphis
Middle Tennessee
Western Kentucky
Troy
UAB
South Alabama
Georgia State
Georgia Southern
Kennesaw State
South Florida
Florida International
Florida Atlantic
Coastal Carolina
Obviously there are a number of schools in Texas and Tulsa University in OK that might be considered. Plus at some point it would not be surprising if Central Arkansas and Missouri State were to move up to FCS.

New Mexico State. They own a piece of ground in Alabama now and are a better version of Aggy.

We already have it. Schools that were in the SIAA / SoCon historically are still scheduled to this day.

If I were an Arky fan relegation is the last thing I'd want lol

You mean FBS?

I don't think we'd ever promote anyone off this list, but I do think that the Sun Belt is a really underrated G5 league. It's a regional league with good football. I'm glad to see that most SEC schools schedule OOC with them.
I tend to think of the Sun Belt as minor league SEC the way I think of the MAC (also an underrated G5 league) as minor league Big 10.

Not sure that Central Arkansas ever makes this jump. UCA has a good FCS program, but I don't think they've got the fanbase or donor profile to make this happen.

If we absolutely had to, Tulane is an easy #1. Followed by Southern Miss, then Memphis.
