Florida/Ole Miss already canceled tomorrow due to UF COVID breakout.
Tennessee dealing with “significant” COVID issues according to VolQuest with rumors out there that Chandler and Fulkerson will be out and other rumors about James and Plavsic needing to test out of protocol.
Cuonzo Martin tested positive and won’t coach against UK.
Any issues with Auburn or LSU?

And this is with students home for Christmas break. You would think this is a time a lot of the teams could be most insulated, other than perhaps having traveled to their homes for a couple of days. It's only going to get worse the next few weeks when students return from wherever they traveled.

Good(?) news is it sounds like Tennessee is going to play the game either way even if they are down 3 starters.

IDK what people are freaking out about. Omicron is a cold and the CDC has already changed quarantine time to 5 days (which I'm sure had nothing to do with the NBA, NFL, and NHL having buku players out even with those leagues being close to 100% vaxxed)

I think they’ll play. Barnes has to. After Memphis canceled he said they would pull kids out of the student body to play before they would cancel.
