It has been 20 years and about 27 in the northwest....I also am not a very big believer in the SEC SEC SEC rah rah stuff. My current girlfriend is a Duck fan as well as others in the past. Went to Duck games in high school for free. Used to live in Eugene. They grew on me over the years, what can I say? Sorry..... 
Now if the aubbies were playing Udub or SC I would be rooting for Auburn but I can't in this game.

I'm definitely not pulling for Oregon after UT lost to them this year. Can't wait to go to their house in a few years and get redemption but until then watching Auburn beat the hell out of them will have to do

I hear you.
I dated 2 girls who were Duck fans, including one in Eugene, but I married a Beaver fan and we had season tix for the Beavs the year she lived in Corvallis.
But for me this is just Pac 10 vs SEC and I can't ever pull for a Pac 10 team to beat a SEC team. No conference is more insecure and hungry for a marquee win than the Pac 10. And no team in the Pac 10 more than Oregon.

Can you fill me in on where you have this idea about their insecurities? Have seen your posts before but never asked. I think the Ducks are very hungry for a win like this. Why wouldn't they be? They want to join the elite and be respected. Imo they were passed over in 2001 and were unlucky in 2007 (which I am thankful for) and are here now. For a team and program that used to be nobodies they have done well for themselves. I would rather root for them than a team that dares to have photo ops on my field.
