For my own personal rivalry desires I'd like Oklahoma State, and if Kansas had Mangino and the Top 10 football team, they'd be in the discussion. But only schools I really see getting added would be thia group

I thought the ACC had some ridiculous long-term arrangement in place that would be cost-prohibitive for teams to leave anytime soon. Could be wrong.
Plus, ESPN, which you can be sure is driving some of this, already owns SEC and ACC networks. So, no bottom-line benefit to either conference taking chunks out of the other.
