I posted that mUSChamp is a better recruiter, organizer and he puts together a better staff than SPURrier ever did at SC.

I also posted that mUSChamp is more relatable to the fans and works harder during the off season. SPURrier viewed the off season tours as a chore, he was aloof and could be very egocentric at times, and he didn't enjoy having his golf game cut into over the summers.

I also posted that mUSChamp seems to be more beloved by his players, connects better with the families, runs a tighter ship and has a lot more energy than SPURrier had during his later years.

I also posted that mUSChamp is not afraid to make changes, replace coaches with better coaches and he is far more demanding of excellence from his coaches and staff.

I also clearly stated that mUSChamp has a great eye for talent, has long range goals and learned from his mistakes at uf.

I also stated that mUSChamp and his family are invested here and, if things work out, he'll be here for a long time and will be our winningest coach in history by the time he retires.

I am also very grateful for the SPURrier years. He won a bunch of ballgames here, proved it could be done, and he was the king of quips and one liners.
