noun: power and influence over others.

Southeastern Conference teams have won 10 of the past 14 national titles and at least played for the national title in all but one of those seasons.

And had 5 different teams play in the national title game. No other conference comes close to that.

This is the thing that is lost with Clemson fans. There is no other team in the ACC right now that is even a mild threat to them, just like FSU back in the day.

In the SEC West alone, there are three legit contenders, and two in the SEC East. Tennesse seems to be making strides as well.

It's much easier to beat Ohio State when you have a month to prepare, but when you have to play several Ohio States during the course of the regular season it ain't so easy.

Reading an Ohio State board recently and of course they would have beaten LSU had they played. Ohio State has won every hypothetical game, that was never played.

Congrats Tigers on your championship!

I think Ohio State was better than Clemson, and if their head coach knew how to manage the game, it would have been an Ohio State-LSU final.

I think Ohio State would have given LSU a better game, and maybe the Buckeyes would have won. But if you can't win a semifinal against a team that has less talent, you've lost all rights to claim you would be the eventual champion.

Worse. A loss to the team, that lost to SEC. Ohio State had their chance and shite the bed. Burrow wanted it to be Ohio St. but they couldn't get it done.
