Recruiting is the most important job a HC has. Kirby is the best - he never stops recruiting- as well as having a NC and a damn great team even after losing 15 players to the NFL. It’s Kirby hands down.

Kirby because Im biased but this season is by far his most impressive body of work considering the circumstances

But LSU has gotten noticeably better each week. I know thats cliche, but Kelly got them to keep grinding and they seem to have bought in. Maybe the players just needed to adapt to a clear speaking coach, who knows, but they are gonna be tough at MBS in Dec

Yep...Here are the talent composite rankings when they first arrived (which accounts for lack of time to recruit and transfer losses):

Kirby - 2016- UGA #6

Kelly - 2022 - LSU #8

Heupel - 2021- UT #19
