I for one can attest that I have never been to a baseball game in Hoover and have no plans on doing so anytime in the future.

There's not going to be any MLB expansion until they figure out what to do with the A's and Rays.
The As are going to Vegas. Rays just agreed to a deal for a new stadium.

It amazes me that the baseball tournament is played every year in Hoover but you don't say a word about rotating it but oh my the SECCG needs to be rotated. You fricking hypocrite go kiss your sister and go to bed.
Should be rotated as well. Nashville would be badass for the baseball tourney.

What does Nashville have public transit wise that competes with MARTA?
This is a joke, right?

MLB is not going to expand until those teams are in new stadiums.

Why does it always have to be in Atlanta
The SEC has a contract with MBS through 2026 ( 4 more games ) with 2 consecutive 5 year extensions available..
Short answer it’s not moving until at least 2036.. by that time there is no clue who will be in what conference and what the Elite level of CFB will
Look like.. there is a good chance some of the current members will be playing Football at a different level than others!

Don’t worry Texas will take care of that

Media days in Dallas next year ..too early

That’s not why you are wanting to sell it, in my opinion!

Atlanta has the BEST FACILITY to host the game. MERCEDES BENZ STADIUM is the best Football Stadium / Dome in the USA. It’s not even close!!! Plus I live 7 minutes from there and it’s SUPER CONVENIENT

Since when is riding in a railroad car with 95 Haitians considered diversity?

This is not really helping the argument for Atlanta , though.

Just build a dome off of 30A and call it a day. Redneck paradise needs and annual pilgrimage

Crime levels will soon be a factor when deciding locations for events in the future. It could be very possible that Nashville and Dallas rotate for the SEC championship game within the next few years.

Plus Atlanta is the center of the only communist southern state. Look at the senators, governor they elected. Hillary even this week still saying Russia cheated her out of the presidency. Why has Georgia not indicted her?

It’s not anywhere I want to be but I would rather go there than New Orleans.

You do realize that Texas is joining the SEC and that Texas has way more population than Georgia. You must think all SEC fans live in Georgia or something.
No, but Atlanta is at least close to most SEC schools. All the SEC East schools, Auburn, Alabama, ole miss, Mississippi st.
Hell, Baton Rouge is only one hour further away from Atlanta than Dallas.
Only Arkansas, TAM, Texas, and Oklahoma are closer to Dallas.
