The standings were already explain to you, there’s right there on the SEC’s page.

Well, you’re right, kinda. Not about the standings. But the SEC’s page does explain the process of seeding in the event of multiple teams having the same record.
Let me know when you find it. You should also know that the SEC website does not bother to utilize that criteria when listing their standings. ESPN does. Hope this helps.
