Missouri dropped 19 spots after last night. That's almost unheard of on KP after 1 game.

as of now I see 4 maybe 5, 6 at the absolute best- bid league.

Arkansas doesn't have the OOC resume to carry, so they have to do well in conference play. (this is unless they beat Indiana)

LSU is 0-2 against ranked teams, with best win so far coming against a 91# Rhode island

6 imo if things fall right. The media is already propping up the ACC and Big 10.

ya but im sure it wasn't just due to that loss, it was probably the computer barely holding tight on mizzou, but that was just the icing on the cake. 3 game losing stretch.. soon to be 4, and then most likely 5 our of 6.

But without Waters or the ability to maul teams on the glass. Still a good team but I see 4th as the ceiling this year.

We might be undefeated still when we face Indiana if we get by WKU, but Indiana scares me... especially at their place.

We have a Top 5 defense in the country right now, but our offense has been booty. Wonderboy Isaiah Joe hasn't been hitting 3's like expected, and Desi Sills has been cold as well.

Losing Gafford hurt our postgame as the tallest guy we have is 6'8".

I am going to go ahead and apologize now. A&M will bring your RPI down.

When do the first NET rankings come out?

Pearl was a master at RPI scheduling, but still knows how to work his magic. There's no point in scheduling a top 30ish team if you're going to turn around and play a team in the bottom 100.

Btw, Vandy's worst loss is Tulsa.

Was wondering the same thing. Last year, the first release was in late November but it was mocked for not making much sense... Ohio State was #1 I believe...

My guess is it will be a few more weeks.

Auburn did a great job scheduling for a presumed "rebuilding year". They've played zero Top 70 teams yet 6 out of their 7 opponents are currently between #71 - #130.

They play Top 75 Furman later this week.

It will result in an acceptable SOS as long as Auburn gets some big wins in Conference play, but it will likely help Auburn avoid a loss in the early season.
