Bates - Player of the game so far.

I suck. He's been solid. Not POTG, but definitely solid.

It’s just dumb at this point. Couistou was throwing it the whole time he was out there and never got it.

Dave's going to pull the trigger on Kopps soon. I hope he at least waits until the 8th, I'd prefer the 9th, but he'll do it in the 7th if we don't score more here.

Gotta figure out how to get 2-3 out of Monke against good teams tho. Let him keep going.

Agree, there's been at least 3 games Monke earned another inning and we went to Kopps.

Good lick by Goodheart. Hopefully he's snapping out of it.

Neither pitcher knows what to throw up there, thanks to the pin head behind the plate. Sometimes his zone his tight, sometimes he calls a strike 6" outside, sometimes he calls a strike letters high, and sometimes he calls a strike when it's down by the hitter's shoelaces.

I still don’t understand how you can be a college pitcher and only find the zone for 2 innings or ~30 pitches.

This would be an easy win in a game we were trying hard to win.

Kopps would have come in to get the last 9 outs at the start of the 7th

It’s pretty easy when the umpire has the smallest strike zone in America.
