Hell if I know, all I know is that our rivals site said it was 2nd longest and I know that LSU had a longer one in 2009 or so.

That was in 2008.

Ours was 12 in the regular season and 15 including SEC Tourney.

ETA: And add 1 more to that if you count rollover to 2009.

I'd bet Saturday is a more likely loss than Friday.

We blew our chance to end the USCe streak 2 weeks ago we blew a 4 run lead with 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th

Yeah and we had a chance to beat UK on Friday night before our bullpen gave up a walk-off HR in the bottom of the 9th and thus would be in the SEC lead right now what of it?

There have been 126 SEC games played. 44 of them have been decided by 1 run (35%).

1. LSU 9-3 (.750)
2. Kentucky 8-3 (.727)
3. Vanderbilt 4-2 (.667)
4. South Carolina 4-4 (.500)
4. Ole Miss 3-3 (.500)
6. Florida 3-4 (.429)
6. Miss State 3-4 (.429)
6. Auburn 3-4 (.429)
9. Tennessee 2-3 (.400)
9. Alabama 2-3 (.400)
11. Georgia 2-4 (.333)
12. Arkansas 2-6 (.250)

Playing what-ifs in 1 run games in SEC baseball nowadays is analogous to what-ifs in 1 goal games in the NHL.

the current win streak is not the 2nd longest in SEC...it is 2nd longest in USC history......after our 17-game SEC streak in 2000. We finished 25-5 in the SEC that season, and 56-10 overall, but fell short of Omaha that season...

2nd longest in SEC history behind LSU's record set a couple years ago.

Not the best time to catch S. Carolina. Hopefully the Hogs can get 2 of 3, we're playing for seeding. It's gonna be a fun finish and seeing how it all plays out.
