Texas A&M hangs banners for that type of stuff.

I think you're confusing A&M with Ole Miss

Oh, well since we are doing 1999 until, MSU has won a basketball conference title and several SEC basketball tourney titles too. Let me see how you match up with us there also. By the way, since you live in today, you better step it up in football, we've been beating you there the last few seasons. The topic was baseball but you had to bring up other sports huh? Thanks a million!
I am talking all-time just like you were.

Where did I make excuses?
You blamed it on weather and having MLB teams.

A&M doesn't need to do that. We hang shite when we win shite. While it hasn't been a ton in football recently, it has been a shite load in a lot of things lately. A&M has more SEC titles in the last 4 years than Mizzou ever won in the Big 12, a much softer conference.

I said its part of the reason there is little interest in the program sparky. Thats not an excuse its just the way it is.
How many baseball national championships and runnners up did you say aTm had again?

I went back to 1999,
you don't judge programs in that short time frame. you need 25 to 30 years at least.

You think the SEC was a better basketball conference than the big 12?

no you really don't. Not in baseball. Unless you want to tell me with a straight face Wichita State is on an equal footing as Vanderbilt as a program

Arkansas has hosted 5 Regionals: '99, '04, '06, '07 and 2010
Just a quick FYI. :-)

Because they are MSU fans.

Why are msu fans losing their shite over this?

plus mullen person doesn't seem to have any reading comprehension regarding the timeframe

Not that it matters much, but the numbers are a bit off for Mizzou:
Mizzou's made two Regional Finals: 2006 and 2007, winning in 2006. Mizzou also hosted the 2007 final. So, if I did the math right, it bumps Mizzou into 13th. Great, I know.
As for Mizzou baseball going forward...with Tim Jamieson stepping down, there's some real hope that the program can grow significantly. Jamieson was there for 22 years, of which his best years were when Mizzou alum, and current Arkansas hitting coach, Tony Vitello, was the pitching coach and lead recruiter.
Word is he wants the job and he has some pretty good backing for it in the form of Max Scherzer and some other Mizzou alums who all played at Mizzou in that time frame. If this happens, Mizzou may finally be getting serious regarding baseball.
