If you're bidding with Miami and Oregon, good fricking luck.

Seriously.

FYI to the board,
The highest paid position in the NFL on average is the Offensive Left Tackle.

He's a great prospect, but gosh damn, $4-5 million for a guy who isn't a quarterback is a ton of money
There are plenty of children’s hospitals in Louisiana. Just sayin’.

Lane flew to Atlanta to make sure the get Seaton who was with Lanning. There is a thread on it. He has a blank check to win the NC next year.

You are wrong! That team will be better than 7-5, I say 9-3 or 8-4.

You don’t spend $50M on a roster only for it to backfire.

A lot of us feel this way, but I try to keep in mind he’s so damn young and I can’t imagine the fool I would have been with that kind of money being thrown around when I was still that immature.

Respect if you guys don’t increase ticket prices or pass the expense on to the fans. These expenses should be solely on your boosters.

It’s Louisiana so I’m sure there’s some scheme to have taxpayers or a charity foot the bill

I don’t think the billionaires bankrolling this are fools, they just have more money than they know what to do with.

Any guy over $1M better be a 1-2 round draft prospect. Over $4M better be a Top 8 pick.

Good chance he is that. He's a beast and perfect LT prospect for the NFL.

4 million for a mid tier left tackle is beyond stupid. There's no way any of those 3 are dumb enough to pay him that.

Price is absurd regardless, but this kid isn't "mid-tier". He's an elite pass blocker and will be a high draft pick.

I agree it’s crazy. But calling him mid tier is just as dumb and ruins the comment.
