Auburn was a stop on defense away from another national title in 2013 with a converted DB at QB. And they were in the SECCG again a few years later. Auburn has played for the SEC title in Atlanta 6 times. Acting like 2010 was a one-off season is disingenuous at best

Very few coaches anywhere leave any other way. That’s not exactly unique to Auburn. Is Tubberville the only Ole Miss coach since Vaught to leave without being told to leave? Very rare for a coach to retire gracefully on his own terms, even historically great coaches
