If he can stay clean he has a good message and can help others. But staying clean from opiods is pretty difficult. Almost no one can do it without relapsing multiple times.

This may be the truest statement ever posted on TD. Someone close to me has struggled with opioid addiction for years. It is shocking to watch them struggle. Very sad.

Scott (and his brother Brian) were actually good dudes, certainly not bully types. The funny thing is that neither one of them were particularly athletic growing up. Average ballplayers at the playground rec level.
