It’s worthless but I went last year. Stadium is underwhelming. Too far from everything. Did play nice golf while there.

Of course he tanked it. He did the same thing in the CWS two years ago. Dude is a slouch who is allergic to winning when it matters most.
I did enjoy watching him get swept by his former underling this season though. That was gold.

Aggies started a guy that has had 4 starts this season and Aubie started their ace.
Teams taking different approaches doesn't mean they "threw" the game.
Game needs to be moved out of backwoods Alabama. How about rotating it?

I’ve been in the CRE business in Austin for decades, and have worked with a number of fine Aggie engineers and architects. I can’t imagine any of them being as big a douche as you on an anonymous message board in their spare time.

They proved that habit throughout the season. One game doesn’t change it. This tourney is only good if you need to improve your position in the playoffs or make it, just like in cbb. Texas is a firm top 8 seed so it doesn’t matter whatsoever.
Anyone saying otherwise either hates Texas or doesn’t understand college baseball strategy. Sure I’d love to win the tourney but it really doesn’t matter. Rather make Omaha than win a conference tourney where half the teams had the same mindset as schloss just my own personal opinion.

There’s no way he was invested in that run. Hell at one point he was sitting on his arse on the bench in the dugout. I’m not saying he threw CWS, but he was obviously more concerned with his future job.
We swept him this year. He’s replaceable (and beatable) so there’s nothing for Ags to cry over.

I don't think Schloss "threw" anything. Was he coaching at 100% in CWS? Probably not, he would have had to have been distracted.
Am I happy Schloss left? No, losing a successful Coach is never a positive.
Would I want to take Schloss back if we had an opening? Absolutely not. That is not because he chose to leave, but the way he and his staff conducted themselves in trying to raid the Texas A&M roster.

IMO all the SEC conferences championship games should rotate around. Maybe play 2 or 4 years in one place, then move on to another location.
