Hall sitting at 67 pitches - 6 outs away from the possible run rule complete game. 3 arms outta the pen in game 1 weren't really stretched with Veach the most pitches - would be nice if the baseball gods let Hall finish this in 7.

Hall now at 84 - he's done. if Phipps or Proctor is the next arm on the bump for USC ...it tells me Kingston/Parker want to play 9 in game two.

It may not matter much but it still taxes their staff. If you put up some runs early and run their starter it gets a bit dicey. We have seen a lot of their staff now
