Did he cash an NFL paycheck? That needs to be the standard, if someone cashed an NFL paycheck, participated in NFL practices under NFL coaches, or appeared in any type of NFL they should not be allowed to return to college.

He participated in practices with 2 different nfl teams. Received travel, food, and hotel stays from 2 NFL teams.
