You mean the week Rousse directly contacted SEC multiple times for clarification and never received it? Also the week when Rousse personally called Sankey to let him know LSU was not rostering the players in question well before the roster deadline? Also the week LSU didn’t, in fact, roster the players.
And the rule isn’t “you must roster 105 players to appease a publicly neutered commissioner.” LSU did that extra step as a show of good faith - something the SEC refused to extend to LSU at any point of this mess it created.

They continued to leak after 105 that penalties were coming because of LOIC and kiffin being the organizer of this.
They were so beat down they didn’t even try to claim victory in their statement saying “given lsus compliance we did not proceed”. They looked weak.
