You certainly have a right to your opinion, but why are you continuing to inject race into a story that has nothing to do with it?
Hmmm----- explain why the NCAA Rulebook rarely concerns itself with non Revenue sports?
Why are the most rules concentrated on only 2 sports?
Why is there no impetus to require that Non Revenue Sports become self sufficient?
I got news for you pal, given the backdrop of American History, if 2 Sports that are Majority Black raise 99% of the Money and that money is transferred to take care of Majority white coaches & admins, and Majority white non Revenue Sports & Majority white T9 sports, while the Revenue Athletes don't get a fair piece of the Economic pie, you might have your head in the sand, but that's unfair bordering on racist
What you don't understand is the system injected race when Sports played by majority blacks had to sit out for 1 yr when transferring on the same level, while sports played by majority whites could transfer without penalty, this went on for abt 40 years?
The system injected race when they allowed Sports played by majority whites to lose money every year with no penalty or interruption at all, simply use the money generated by sports played by majority blacks
I'm not injecting race, I AM TELLING BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY
A side of the story that many of you don't care about, you merely want your Black Players in shape, ready to win & entertain you and SILENT as hell about things that you either don't care about, or don't want to hear about because it doesn't intersect with your white lives in your separate white America
George Floyd while being a flawed person, was the straw that broke the camel's back, and from now on you're gonna hear what Blacks used to only say among themselves, now the world is gonna hear all of it --- so get ready

Not a threat, just a change in the times, no longer will Athletes accept "shut up & play" as the limit of their existence on College Campuses, especially when they are the centerpieces of P5 Athl Depts grossing more than $100million per year
Getting rid of Flags & Statues was just them dipping their toe in the water, next they're going after the Money
Why?
Because in America it is always about the Money

I don’t think that’s a good thing though. That provides scholarship money and is a huge help to those students.

If they want scholarship money, then make their Sport exciting and sell more tickets, EARN MORE TV-RADIO-MERCHANDISING Money and their problems will be solved
They need to help themselves like the Revenue Sports do

Why should 2 sports be FORCED to generate money to keep other sports financially afloat that cannot sell tickets or get TV-Radio-Merchandising Money to support themselves?
Title IX called. It said all that federal funding your school gets sure looks nice. Be a shame if something happened to it.

It's time to just combine the gender sports - just have one team for all sports played.
Women are in the Army and Marine Infantry, they've past Ranger School and now there's one who has passed all the tests to become a Green Beret - they can hit off the same golf tees and play on the same soccer field.
Make it happen.

But college football makes money without them.
Kids leave in 3 to 5 year increments. And college football rolls along making more money when they leave.
How much money is a kid worth when the sport brings in more revenue without him and there are over 1,000,000 kids still in high school with the dream to play at the next level.

And when the donors, who are majority white, stop contributing, what then? By what means do you have to FORCE them to donate? Keep in mind that a forced contribution is not a donation, it's a fee or a tax.
