Your team under-performs, everyone here says you should fire him.

Your team wins a big game and everyone starts to tell you your HC will be moving on.

First it was Kelly, Saban, etc. will never be able to do at (new team) that he did at (old team). Everyone has said this garbage.

Then they do.

Then, everyone tells you to not expect your coach to stay and that Texas, or Ohio State or the NFL or --insert other unrealistic job-- will be picking them up.

Jesus Christ, this is such a predictable board.

All that being said, A&M does need to make sure they use the next year or two getting a solid HC hire with a reasonable contract.

Wut? A&M needs to sign that man to an extension before OSU, Texas or the NFL come calling.
