Yeah but there's that splinter in the back of your mind, I know you gumps well enough to know how you think, and there's a splinter in the back of your mind about last year's team. You think it might have been one of the best teams ever but it will never really be considered such because of that loss. Because you didn't win the SEC. You people are vain enough that you can't stand to not have ALL the trophies and you can say it's meaningless all you want but I know it bugs y'all that you didn't win it with that team. And it will bother sick fricks like you for the rest of your lives. That alone is enough for me to have made it worthwhile.

First off, you're projecting...a lot.

Just bc there's a splinter in your brain, deep down, gnawing at you over the arse whipping LSU's 'best team in 50+ years,' received last Jan, doesn't mean Bama fans feel the same way about November.

But I guess you should keep typing that shite if it makes you feel better.

Dallas Cowboys owner was seen talking to Saban at length before and after the game according to my neighbors best friends boss. Its all hush hush now...but Saban has wanted to be a "star" and he has the chance. Keep your ears to the ground for house shopping via real estate deals. Jerry Jones wants to win Super Bowls....he is flashing the cash $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Saban can leave college football after this season a winner. This board will have an epic meltdown when its announced.

Saban wants to coach "forever" and says he turned down chances to return to the NFL since leaving Miami Dolphins because he belongs at Bama
That's Saban code for "I'm leaving soon."

I just don't see Nick pulling a Joe Pa. I believe he will leave the game with a national title won on his last game. minus any probation he retires at Bama. He would be great in the CBS booth one day.

I always said there was one job in would possibly bolt for and that is the cowboys. Saban would win at Dallas. problem is how long will him and jerry get along. It would be something similar to Jimmy johnson. I am still sticking to him retiring at bama.

I mean... didn't we learn our lesson with JoePa as a group what happens when a coach "coaches forever"?
