There would be only reason I would like to see that happen to watch BAMA fans piss on themselves with anger.

I dont want Les to leave but if he left for his alma mater than It would be understandable. (especially since hes really never been accepted by a good bit of the LSU fan base)

If it did happen I guess LSU would resort to bribery much like bama so in that case my vote would be Bob Stoops to LSU.

Brian Kelly>>>>>>Chip Kelly

Both are really good..but..one is great.

One has done great things from pretty much scratch at multiple stops, the other was left a great thing by a great HC(Mike Bellotti)..

Bill Snyder and Mike Bellotti probably both turned down many a great job offers over the phone or via their agents on the QT, away from the public's eyes, over these last two decades.

Saban will never coach at LSU again. These threads are funny.

I can give Brian Kelly credit for that, it doesn't mean Chip Kelly couldn't do it. Bellotti did leave a good thing for him but he also already (in a lot of peeps eyes) has done something Belotti couldn't do.....keep the ship from sinking after a bad loss. If Belotti was still coaching they wouldn't be 7-1 after the boise debacle. Kelly did great things at new hampshire....he never aspired to be a head coach.
Belotti did turn down several jobs....Notre Dame, USC (before carroll) were the top ones. You have your opinion which is cool. He has done well, I just know Chip is going to be great one day.

eta....btw....Rich Brooks left a decent program on the rise for Bellotti. Everyone gets help, if it wasn't for Phil Knight Oregon isn't the program they are today. Bellotti didn't do it all.

Until he rolls into BR and says it's great to be a Tigah again. Your sullenness would disappear faster than a 12-pack of Krystals in front of T Cody.

If we were lucky enough for Miles to leave, LSU would be foolish to not give Saban a call and make him turn the job down.

We deserve better. Just my opinion. We haven't lost to a non conference opponent since he left.
#1- Miles should stay. #2-We will have plenty of big name suitors if he goes.

Same with Bama -> LSU. If Saban's heart is in BR, he's crazy not to drive on down I-59.

You are foolish if you really believe Bama is a better job than LSU.

We're not going to get John Gruden or Chris Peterson.

We might hire Jon Gruden or Chris Petersen, however.

My sources in SEATTLE tell me Terry has a house picked out on Lake Washington for when Sarkisian takes the USC job, after Pete Carrol takes the Dallas Cowboy job after Wade Phillips is sent to Arena Ball.
