RichRod in trouble up in Michigan. We all know Miles longs to go to Michigan.

Who does LSU call first? PF commentators say Saban gets a call.

My friend's cousin's barber's brother's roommate saw Terry Saban in BR looking at houses

Seriously...if Rodriguez gets the boot in Michigan, Coach Miles would be crazy not to return to Ann Arbor. I like Coach Miles a great deal, but could not hold it against him for returning to the mother ship.

His decision to remain at LSU instead of returning to Michigan was one of the toughest decisions I have seen a coach make.

Now, for your original message. If Coach Saban would like to return to LSU, I would accept him back, although I do not see his return happening.

If we were lucky enough for Miles to leave, LSU would be foolish to not give Saban a call and make him turn the job down.

Stranger things have happened. I wouldn't hold it against him if he did. The guy has the resources to go live and work where he wants to.

Depends.

Is Boise's Petersen interested, is Cincy's Kelly still on the market if/when job comes open. I hold these two guys offensive minds in elite regard..they with a Chavis or other elite DC in tow..can keep LSU right there with the Sabans and Meyers..if not possibly exceed them.

Jon Gruden..MNF?..Waiting for NFL job?..NCAA?..SEC?

Timing is everything, as you well know in landing and/or retaining HCs..Saban to Bama, then in LSU keeping Miles/RR to Mich/Spurrier..Lombardi/Saban..Bernhard Gill..etc..

P.S. I was wishing for Saban in 2007, if Miles would've been offered by UM's AD Martin..which I believe he wasn't. Of the three times I saw Miles questioned about Michigan prior to the 2007 title..his body language told me he would go if offered.
