So you saying Alabama high schools can’t produce good enough talent ?

There was a time when you could have fielded a pretty good college football team if you could have gotten every recruit from the high schools on Highway 20 in North Alabama.

There is no doubt that Louisiana is one of the top football talent producing states in the country. But thinking that the state of Alabama doesn't produce a lot of NCAA talent is patently absurd.

And frankly, that's not even the point of the original post, it was Saban's ability to recruit out of Louisiana. Which he does quite well. Facty.

Two things can be true at the same time.

Heisman winner Devonta Smith was recruited out of Louisiana to Alabama.

Jamarr Chase is a great receiver.

But - that does not negate the fact that Saban recruits the state of Louisiana well.

Scared, aren't you? Nick will leave soon, and you will be back to the days of pre-Nick.

We got Justin Jefferson in that class so it really didn’t matter.

Dear god… you’re team is in the playoffs… Which nobody would’ve guessed… And you’re sitting here posting about recruiting in Louisiana. You’re as insecure as my ex-wife.

I never said he didn't.

But Orgeron and Wilson do it better.

Between the two Jets is a better, more explosive receiver. Smith is really good, but not in Jet's class.

I didn't know you posted here, Mr. Danielson?
