Gene Stallings, "If you listen to the fans in the stands, you wind up sitting with them.”

Saban with the Hail Mary trying to get his team on track for the rest of this season. Surest sign yet that he's very concerned that this team doesn't have "it" and will only have 2 games left if they keep playing the way they are.
After that "rant" by Coach Saban, if I were a UGA fan, I would be very nervous (very, very nervous).
Alabama beats Georgia by 3

Stallings loved out fans... Most loved him... I was there between the Stallings and Saban years... We had great fans who supported Bama win lose or draw.. We'd tailgait in the quad and supported our team even when we were mediocre AT BEST... We have those that go overboard, perhaps more than others, but we also support our team like no other... Unfortunately there are some who weren't there during those probationary years... We had some success nothing like this... NEEDLESS to say...
Saban even admitted once that he did love his time at LSU but Alabama is home... He loves it here at Alabama an NO FANBASE/administration has ever offered the level of support and enthusiasm that he's received at Bama.. Not even close... He closed it by saying and this is a DIRECT QUOTE, "I'll be here until you either fire me or I can't do it anymore. I'm home"....
We're in good hands Tide fans...

And for the first downvote that more than likely came from a fanatic who's team has been turned down, by more coaches than there are ways to kill you in Australia, below is the link...

We (Bama) actually missed Coach Stallings great years because Bama selected Ray Perkins and then Bill Curry over Coach Stallings. In 1983 the game was still in Coach Stallings wheelhouse with great defense and tuff running the football. The Ole Ball Coach came the same year 1990 and the passing game started to evolve. Bama still had a good run with Coach Stallings.
