He would improve any program compared to their history.
Example: He wouldn't win titles at Vandy but he would have them winning 9-11 games every year after his first 3 years.

Not that I would want him to do this just to leave Alabama, but I have posted before that I would love to see him at Vanderbilt for 5 years just to see what he could do there
